Data Retention & Deletion
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy, unless longer retention is required by law.
1) Waitlist data
Waitlist details (like name/email and any onboarding answers you provide) are kept until you unsubscribe, request deletion, or we determine they are no longer needed for launch communications.
2) Account data (when product is live)
We retain account data while your account is active. If you close your account, we schedule deletion within a reasonable period, subject to legal/security exceptions below.
3) Financial data you upload/connect
We retain financial data only to generate and maintain the insights you request. Where feasible, we prefer storing derived indicators rather than raw documents.
4) Consent and security logs
We retain consent/security logs longer to help prevent fraud, support audits, investigate incidents, and resolve disputes.
5) How to request deletion
Email support@creditscore.africa. We may verify your identity before completing deletion.
